RK Infotech built the Recovery Message (RDM) app as a free Android application. This service is provided by RK Infotech and is intended for use “as is.”

The Recovery Message (RDM) app reads and saves notifications on your device in order to recover deleted messages from supported chat applications.

• We do not store or transmit any of your notifications, messages, or personal data to our servers.
• All data is stored locally on your device and remains under your full control.
• We do not collect, share, or sell any user data to third parties.

2. Notification Access

To provide message recovery functionality, the app requires Notification Access Permission. This allows the app to read incoming notifications and save them only for the purpose of restoring deleted messages. You can revoke this permission at any time from your device settings.

3. Storage Access

The app may request access to the device’s storage to save recovered notifications, media, and attachments. These files are stored only locally on your phone. The app does not access any unrelated files or folders on your device.

4. Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party services that collect information used to identify you, solely for analytics and advertising.

We value your trust in providing your data and therefore strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, please remember that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
